Windows Warranty
25 Years – Transferable
Our premium replacement windows are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Protection includes the vinyl frame and sash, insulated glass units against seal failure, and all operating hardware, including locks, handles, balances, rollers, and other functional components. This warranty is designed to ensure the long-term performance, functionality, and reliability of your window system for years to come consistently.
Doors Warranty
Up to 25 Years - Transferable
Our steel entry doors, fiberglass entry doors, sliding patio doors, and stacking patio doors are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Depending on the door system selected, protection may include the door slab, insulated and decorative glass, factory-applied paint or stain finishes, hardware, locking systems, rollers, and other operating components. Warranty terms and duration vary depending on the door system and components selected.
Labour & Installation Warranty
10 Years
Every installation completed by Windowsville is backed by our labour warranty, covering defects resulting from the installation of your windows and doors under normal residential use. Every project is completed in accordance with industry best practices and manufacturer installation requirements to ensure your products perform as intended.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty protection does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation by others, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, accidents, vandalism, unauthorized repairs or modifications, building settlement or structural movement, normal wear and tear, fading or discoloration caused by exposure to the elements, harmful cleaning products or chemicals, condensation resulting from excessive interior humidity, or damage caused by fire, flooding, storms, hail, earthquakes, and other acts of nature.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection to determine eligibility under the applicable warranty.
