COVID-19 update: current safety protocols.

Everyone can do their part in mitigating the effects of the current pandemic and eventually conquering the disease. At Windowsville we have kept current with all recommendations from public health authorities and have developed a book of COVID-19 rules, which we follow without exception. While our utmost desire is to make every stage of window purchase and installation as pleasant as possible for our customers, we ask for your patience and understanding in adhering to safety practices. The following Policies and Procedures, containing the rules, are mandatory for all employees and contractors at Windowsville. We ask you to kindly familiarize yourself with all relevant sections and follow the rules strictly. Should you have any questions about any of the information below or concerns about the process of windows purchase and installation, please feel free to call us during business hours.

Definitions:

- Windowsville staff: any and all employees and contractors, hired by Windowsville to advise on, administer sales of, install,  manufacture and service products offered by and purchased from Windowsville and all employees and contractors providing support to the functions above.

- Customer(s): any and all members of the public who expressed interest to receive quote or place an order for Windowsville products.

Customer Visits (including installations):

- All Windowsville staff shall self-assess at the beginning of every working day in relation to the symptoms of COVID 19 and should any of the symptoms be present they shall (1) notify management immediately (2) refrain from any customer visits until confirmed negative test (3) seek officially approved COVID-19 test at first opportunity and share the results with Windowsville management

- All Windowsville staff shall wash and/or sanitize their hands before and after any Customer visit, no matter how brief. All Windowsville staff shall be equipped with sanitizing products.

- Both Windowsville staff and the Customer(s) shall wear an approved mask for the duration of home visit/consultation.

- All Windowsville staff entering customer residence shall put on clean shoe coverings.

- Physical distancing of 2 (two) meters  or 6 (six) feet with no physical contact shall be practiced by Windowsville staff and customers at all times.

- Any equipment shared for use between two or more parties shall be sanitized before and after use with disinfectant wipes.

- Windowsville installers are equipped with and required to wear a mask and gloves.

Our Premises:

- All Windowsville staff shall self-assess at the beginning of every working day in relation to the symptoms of COVID 19 and should any of the symptoms be present they shall (1) notify management immediately (2) refrain from visiting company premises  until confirmed negative test (3) seek officially approved COVID-19 test at first opportunity and share the results with Windowsville management.

- Every customer shall self-assess before visiting our premises. We kindly require to postpone the visit should any of COVID-19 symptoms be present.

- If COVID-19 symptoms present themselves in any Windowsville staff member, they will be isolated and sent home immediately.

- All Windowsville staff and Visitors shall sanitize their hands upon arrival.

- All Windowsville staff shall wash their hands at regular periods throughout the day.

- All Windowsville staff and visitors shall keep the distance of 2 (two) meters or 6 (six) feet at all times with no physical contact.

- Any equipment shared for use between two or more parties shall be sanitized before and after use with disinfectant wipes.

- Walk-ins are not permitted at this time. All visits shall be by appointment. We schedule appointments up to maximum capacity of our premises.

General:

- We have introduced digital documents (including signature) to minimize physical interaction.

- We are keeping all communication channels open.

- We shall inform our customers if any project schedule is affected by COVID-19.
